These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the ThreadParty website, online store, content, features, products, and related services (collectively, the Services). By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

1. About the Store

ThreadParty operates the Services. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you.

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.

2. Accounts and Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, and images accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, lighting, and production process. Measurements may have reasonable production tolerances where disclosed on the product page.

Many ThreadParty products are made to order. Product availability, descriptions, prices, and designs may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales where reasonably necessary or required by law.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We accept an order when it enters fulfillment or when we send a shipping confirmation, whichever occurs first.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory or production limitations, shipping restrictions, obvious pricing errors, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

You may request to cancel or modify an order within 8 hours of purchase. Because many products are made to order, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or change after the 8-hour window or once production has started.

5. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices and available currencies are displayed on the Services and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown at checkout where they can be calculated. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or handling fees as described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of customs, weather, carrier disruptions, peak demand, incorrect address information, or events outside our reasonable control.

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $89 or more when the qualifying option is displayed at checkout. Additional conditions disclosed with a promotion also apply.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Exchange Policy. Contact us for authorization before sending an item back.

Nothing in our return policy limits remedies or withdrawal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, and free-shipping offers are subject to the terms displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended before an order is placed.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders unless required by the stated promotion terms or applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including text, graphics, product designs, photographs, videos, logos, icons, and software, are owned by or licensed to ThreadParty and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from the Services or their content without prior written permission or another valid legal basis.

10. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

If you submit a review, image, feedback, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you own or have permission to use it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

You grant ThreadParty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy law and any settings or permissions presented when you submit it.

We may remove submissions that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise violate these Terms. We are not required to treat unsolicited ideas as confidential or compensate you for them.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

Violate applicable law or the rights of others.
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
Submit false, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
Introduce malware or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
Scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization.
Circumvent access controls, purchasing limits, or security features.
Place orders for unauthorized resale or other commercial exploitation.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, social platforms, and shipping carriers. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that party's terms and policies. Review them before using the service or providing information.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify may also process information as described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

14. Errors and Service Changes

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times, or availability. Where an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you when reasonably necessary and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services. This does not affect rights or obligations relating to an order already accepted unless permitted by applicable law.

15. Disclaimers and Statutory Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an as available basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Products remain subject to descriptions, express promises, and statutory guarantees that apply to the sale. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights relating to product conformity, quality, refunds, repairs, replacements, or withdrawal.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThreadParty and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services when those losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify ThreadParty against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct, and it does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

18. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Services, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay amounts properly due.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

19. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which ThreadParty operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer, you retain the benefit of mandatory protections available under the law of your usual place of residence. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in a court or forum available to you under mandatory consumer law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The revised Terms will be posted on the Services with an updated date.

Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the terms governing an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you. Continuing to use the Services after revised Terms take effect means the revised Terms apply to future use.

21. General Terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement between you and ThreadParty concerning the Services.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business reorganization or transfer, provided this does not reduce your mandatory consumer rights.
